We want you to love your Paloma Wool pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
